What everyone asks.
Does AiVend work with my existing machines?
Yes. You can buy machines with AiVend built in, and existing machines join through AiVend Connect, which is now in testing. Tell us which models you run and we will check them for you.
Do I have to replace my card readers?
No. Customers can pay from their phone or at an AiVend terminal, with no monthly unit fees. If you prefer to keep your current setup, AiVend works alongside it.
Which languages are supported?
The customer screens and the control center are multilingual, and every venue can have its own language and look.
How fast can you add something we need?
Usually within hours to a few days, and it goes live on every machine at once.
Who sees my data?
Only you. Every operator has a private account, and all connections are encrypted.
Where is AiVend available?
AiVend is built in Israel and designed for any country. We are onboarding operators now.
